Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?A: Our process is very straightforward. We have to look at the property location, the number of repairs that are needed, the present condition of the house, and the value of comparable houses that have been recently sold in the area.
We have to look at all those things in order to give you a fair offer. Our desire is to come up with a fair price that works for you and works for us too.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?A: No. We do not charge fees or commissions to work with us. Plus we even pay closing costs too. We have tried to remove all the stress and all of the expenses that stop or slow down the house selling process. We want selling your house to be a smooth and hassle-free event.
Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?A:
Tyler Ford is a real estate agent that does not want to list your house but rather buy your house. Agents list properties and hope that someone will come along who wants the house and can be approved for a loan to buy it. That process may take 2 months or it could take over 12 months.
On the other hand, we can give you an all cash offer in 1-2 days to buy your house. Then we can close in 1-2 weeks. Most real estate agents think that is impossible. Since we pay with cash, we can close without needing a bank’s approval. Banks are super slow. But we are fast.
